• Your location/address, only when you enter it yourself through a form (e.g. for delivery, catering, or event inquiries) — we do not track your location automatically through your device or browser

We don't collect anything you don't directly give us through a form.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your messages, reservations, or inquiries
• Contact you about orders, bookings, or events you've asked about
• Send occasional updates or promotions, but only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime
• Improve how we run the restaurant and communicate with guests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email and reservation tools), but only as needed to provide our services to you.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including:

• Storing your data in Supabase, with row-level security enabled so information is only accessible to authorized systems and staff
• Sending emails through a dedicated, authenticated mail domain (mail.negroworldfoods.com.ng) rather than open, unverified channels
• Limiting access to customer data to staff who need it to do their jobs

No system is completely foolproof, but we don't take this lightly — your contact details are only used the way we've described here.

You can:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time (there's a link in every email we send)
• Contact us with any privacy questions or concerns

We currently don't process payments through this website. Any orders, reservations, or bookings made through the site are confirmed directly with our team by phone, email, or in person. Pricing, deposits, and cancellation policies (if any) will be communicated to you directly when you make a booking or inquiry.

These terms are governed by the laws of Oyo State, Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ibadan, Oyo State.

We may update this page from time to time as our business changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. If changes are significant, we'll let you know through the site or by email.
